The company’s court filings, declare that Windows Vista, Google chrome etc are using this feature.

The company has the rights for the System and the patent of the management of the iconic software. The company had applied for this in the year 2001 and the US Patent and Trademark office granted this in March 2008.

The company is now investigating on some other potentially infringing products, which they have already identified. It is expected that the company will be trying to file suits against several other companies apart from Google, Apple and Microsoft. The company will be publishing this list in a short while when they go for court filing against them.
