Google with task manager to improve Gmail

Google has been having some problems with regard to the Gmail system. The problem was not that easily manageable when it is about advanced and difficult tasks. Now, the Gmail team has come up with a solution which is acceptable for both sides.

Google has come up with the task manager for the mailing service. This will enable users to make use of the agenda and the labs applications of Gmail in an easier and more efficient manner.

Google has given necessary instructions which will help users to become familiar with the new application. For the task manager to perform, you can enter the mail box and select the settings. Click on the option names Labs to get the new feature at the top. After this, choose Enable and save changes. This will help your tasks to be remembered and the task manager will kick in.

With this, no matter whether you are doing something, while creating task, you will be able to return to it and find out what you were doing when you left this. The various tasks options available will help you to enjoy a different mailing experience. You will be able to delete, move or un-indent a task easily.

Many people believe that google has played dirty here and have killed the market for ‘remember the milk’ plug-in that was already available for gmail.

Which other features did you like? I am not using the gmail themes yet.

Cool add-on. If only we can directly sync our handhelds to Gmail :-)

    Dear friend,

Where I can find good Word Press theme for my new .com blog? Any idea in this regards? Because I have searched a lot. Please give the link if you think it is better to search.

  4. My gmail account has been hanging up a lot lately, and sometimes taking forever to load. I wish they would focus on streamlining it and worrying less about extra features and addons. I just want to be able to get in and get out sometimes.

The task manager is nice. There are a few things about it that could be improved, but I guess they don’t want to weigh it down with too much complexity. (Also, if you haven’t tried the calendar widget, it’s simple, elegant, and useful.) What gmail really needs, though, is the ability to sort your inbox by sender, subject, attachment size, etc. Every other mail client does this, but for some reason gmail still doesn’t. Plus, when you click into a conversation, the order goes from being descending (newest on top) to ascending (oldest on top)…. so in a long conversation you have to scroll all the way to the bottom to get the newest message. Oh well….. it’s still the best email system there is.
